Chefs John and Sarah Smith, originally from Austin Texas, were invited by the team at Franklin Motors to open a food truck to accompany their selection of local beers, wines, and craft cocktails.  Located in the Midway District on the Chapel Hill/Carrboro Line, Roquette at Franklin Motors strives to create an approachable menu with cuisine that is full of bold, contrasting flavors. We rely heavily on locally sourced meats and produce from regional farms, and are pleased to serve our guests in the beautiful and relaxed beer garden at Franklin Motors.
